Noise issues from nearby corridors and smoking areas can be disruptive!!! Further, the lack of USB charging ports in the rooms feels outdated and could easily be addressed!!! Consider lowering the parking fees that seem excessive for the location!!!

We stayed here for a couple nights and the staff were real pros, helping us with everything, even. The breakfast was quite excellent, made-to-order pancakes! Can't say no to that

The bed provided an outstanding level of comfort, allowing for restful nights. The spacious bathroom featured a large shower cubicle that was both modern and easy to use.

The strange smell in the corridors detracted from the overall experience.

Had an awesome time with pals exploring beautiful waterways on a boat trip and enjoying a show at the New Theatre. The room was comfy and breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

One downside was the slow bar service. We struggled to get drinks, which didn't match the good vibes of the trip.

First off, the staff were unbelievably friendly. They made me feel welcomed, especially when they offered me a complimentary drink from the bar after my long journey. The room was surprisingly comfortable too, like I could really unwind and take it easy after a heavy day. The breakfast was vast, and I devoured a perfectly cooked omelette that was just to my liking!

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The decor was modern and attractive. We had a mini fridge, which was nice for snacks. The bathroom was pretty basic, missing a few toiletries like conditioner. it met our needs for a cozy stay.
